That was my concern as well, but the seller had ample opportunity to bring up that point as reason for breaking off the deal. They did not. I trust everyone at their word that the deal was broken because the seller found a higher offer after accepting the original one, and more specifically "my auction my rules".

Oh I'm not defending Spert at all. But honestly, getting that uppity with someone even before the deal went south? Seems a little ridiculous.
