You'll probably pass me after not long. I don't hunt to optimize exp gain or I would have been true capped a long time ago. Most of my pulses are off node with a weapon out.

I thought they recently removed that penalty with weapons out....not like I really pay much attention to what the NIR say most of the time. So I might be remembering wrong.

I'm not sure, but either way I'm getting almost all off node exp pulses.
