Is this +22 runestaff worth keeping together, or better off turning the Influence bonus into an orb?

Looking for a price check on the following items, probably looking to sell them. Thanks for any help!

A mechanized ruic long bow - 4x, T1 Ensorcell, unlocked to have a quiver on the side of the bow (holds 10 arrows) that will tthen let you just use FIRE to shoot the arrows, from what I recall. Cleaned up the analyze a bitt to make itt easier to read.

These crossbows/bows are of gnomish craftsmanship, and very intricate. Any alteration should be along with this theme.

Bows should have a wooden stock or grip, metallic gears and limbs with crystal lenses for sights.

If altering these, you may ONLY change the base 15/15/15 and the settings below.

It is unlocked to Tier 1, and cannot be unlocked again at this time.
It can now be loaded with up to 10 arrows at a time into a side-quiver. These pull automatically when the bow is fired.
