Travelers crowd the road, making it difficult to traverse without the occasional bump or jostle.  They crowd the entrance of a small fired brick building, an obstacle to the message runners in the deep blue elk hides commonly worn by local couriers.  Wagons drawn by surly mules struggle to make their way toward the town's central square in the east, completely stymied by the foot traffic.  You also see a large swirled abalone shell, a spectral ancient vampire that is flying around and a gaudily colored tent.

Is there anything you cant do in the shell? Any cooldown on the activation or times per day?

There's no cooldown or RT or x/day limits, you can use it as often as you want. You can't cast inside. You can take out and put away items (like weapons). I haven't really messed with it much beyond that.
