Only a small handful of these in in the game. The Eonake Gauntlet lets you handle Rift gems, cursed items, Unholy weapons, forged black ora weapons, myklian scales, and skayl hearts without being mentally influenced, cursed, burnt, or cut. On the flip side, it adds a severe penalty to attempts to pickpocketing with the hand the gauntlet is being worn on. https://gswiki.play.net/Eonake_gauntlet

In addition to the wiki entry info, it also adds masterful padding to the hand it's worn on, which stacks on top of all existing padding (including main armor). It is hand-worn, so can be worn with armor accessories.
