So maybe I was oblivious to these spells existence but apparently on 01/01 some savant spells and major mental spells were added to scrolls. I am not on discord like some folks, is this a Savant tease?

Probably about as much of a Savant tease as Estild releasing 1207 and being like "Yeah only monks can learn this, but if Savants did exist they could also learn it, so that's why this spell slot makes sense!"

Maybe someone just wanted to make spells and needed a place to put them without disturbing the order of things? I am just guessing, I didn't know these spells existed and some don't have WIKI yet

Technically nobody lost spells. These spells were created out of thin air so they could sell SK items for cash a few months later, and they still think people are too stupid to notice.

They should just rename it the P2W circle.
