In this case, "credible person" would be the lawyer.

So - as said, holding judgment - but current reporting is they threw Trumps legal representation out, put down generic information for the inventory, didn't annotate or designate where any of it was acquired on the property, then handed the sheet to his lawyers without properly verifying the items being taken.

Reporting could change, but how currently looking. One would think though... that if you're going to raid a former Presidents house... everything would be done by the numbers, all the t's crossed and i's dotted. That's just me though.

Sure doesn't seem like the FBI was sticking to the raid warrant and were instead just grabbing whatever they wanted to, probably hoping to find evidence of a different crime than the one they were supposedly investigating.

The FBI was given a specific raid warrant, that doesn't mean they can just go through everything and steal what they want and give it back later. On the warrant they included any documents from the time he took office to the time he left office.

It was a fishing expedition, nothing more.

They did. Trump's expired passports and his outdated passport posting him as "The President of the United States" were returned. I love how the far far far right and Trump of course, are spinning it as his being prevented from leaving the country.

The rule of law, which everyone but your "team" follows, understands legal procedures are required to revoke someone's passport or preventing them from leaving the opportunity.
