He doesn't. According to statements by the lawyers, they were allowed to see it but did not get a copy.

He should. They are required by law to furnish him with a copy of it. If he doesn't have it, he simply needs to ask for it.

"(C) Receipt. The officer executing the warrant must give a copy of the warrant and a receipt for the property taken to the person from whom, or from whose premises, the property was taken or leave a copy of the warrant and receipt at the place where the officer took the property. For a warrant to use remote access to search electronic storage media and seize or copy electronically stored information, the officer must make reasonable efforts to serve a copy of the warrant and receipt on the person whose property was searched or who possessed the information that was seized or copied. Service may be accomplished by any means, including electronic means, reasonably calculated to reach that person."

That is Federal law. He has the warrant or he can request it.

Do you, for one second, think that this administration gives a shit about the law? Really? REALLY? GTFO!

I think they are bound to it and the majority of the Supreme Court wouldn’t rule in their favor.

"Both the warrant and the FBI property receipt were provided on the day of the search to the former president's counsel, who was on site during the search," Garland said. A property receipt is a document left with the property owner after a search like this takes place.
Former President Victim is telling a lot of tall tales.

Good job in starting a separate thread for this important topic.

I'm trying to remember who in the other threads said the DOJ should release the warrant and who said they should not. How many people will change their minds tomorrow?

Ironic because we're talking about a former President who illegally destroyed Administrative records and then removed classified material with reported national defense implications (and which his former aids have claimed were "coincidentally" about things that potentially made him look bad) without going through the declassification steps and then refused to return them even after multiple court subpoenas and FBI raids.

And who has been intentionally mischaracterizing what happened while apparently also asking his lawyers to pretend like they weren't given something they were very clearly given.

I guess not so much ironic and wholly predictable, unsubstantiated, and blatantly ignoring the obvious lawlessness of the actual situation at hand.

Whoa whoa whoa, you're saying this is repercussions for a legal actions? Everybody keeps saying that he's being persecuted for doing perfectly normal things at everyday people do. Trump is lying? Shocker
