I’ve been watching this case for some time and pleased by the news. What a beautiful day for freedom in our great country.

Be nice to have the Supreme Court rule for permitless concealed across the US.

Yes it would be. Nicer still would be a broad ruling on striking down magazine capacity limits or repealing the NFA, but at least we moved in the right direction.

Thank goodness for an ultra conservative court to come around and rewrite the constitution according to their political views! Not like that hundred year old law in New York or a plaintext reading of the Constitution matters. 'murica!

    What did they rewrite?

I mean, it is totally your opinion. In their opinion, the one that actually matters, they ruled correctly.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
Oh you know, the part about a militia somehow being a single person. And well regulated being ill defined as whatever a conservative justice meaning what appeals to his political base.

Where in there does it say only people part of a militia have the right to bear arms?

    Stop being useless.

Look at you thinking a dependent clause has any effect on an absolute statement.
I asked for neither your Opinion,
    your Acceptance
    nor your Permission.

You’re ignoring, again, where it says the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

Here is 135 pages of citations of prior court cases that also say they didn’t rewrite shit, but rather, followed court precedent.
