Any estimate what this is worth?

That's a good combination, but none of the individual effects are particularly hard to come by at those levels... and some don't like the cost of recharging items with that many effects in them. If you have a shop and don't mind letting it potentially sitting a while, a couple mil is prolly a good price.... for an auction I'd set the MB at 500k to generate interest and see where it went.
