I have found the most difficult things, for my character, are the triton fanatic
They seem to hit my head with a Hammer of Kai a lot so I am guessing they are able to aim for that location.
Otherwise this (the atoll) is a very manageable hunting ground if being self spelled and divergence don't stop you.
As to the bandit train, if you are running a 5 man MA group I am thinking you could still keep up bandits 100% because much like Sol Haven there are less types of bounties on KF (No escort) so your chance of getting Bandits on at least one of your characters in the two attempts you will have from Saturated to Clear as a Bell is very very high. For Solo or smaller MA group players your Bandit Train days may have gotten a bit harder without spending Simucoins or meeting up with some other players.
They have that in Hinterwinds. It's pretty alarming when it happens. One of the nice things about Hinterwinds is that it's quite large with multiple ways in and out of hunting areas, so you can find places to escape to, to let things like that wear off.
