downloaded launcher from wiki, lich wont run

I installed everything using the launcher from the wiki, the executable won't run. im on windows 10. any idea why? i used Lich before but I reset my computer and lost everything. i just double click the hexagon multi colored thing and i get a loading icon for a second, then nothing.
