I just want to reiterate from the original post that this is an OFF THE SHELF Sigil staff, meaning it's only got the normal +20 enchant currently. The cost at Duskruin is only 1000 bloodscrip, so just want to make sure everyone that is bidding is aware that this staff has not been touched.
