Assuming you mean seashell cost it's hard to say because we can't get a quote on most items. FWIW the flarer gave us a quote on a 5x enhancive katana for 133,333 seashells. So I would plan on at least that much but it will depend on your item.

Someone posted a quote on discord of 750k shells. A bit absurd honestly. But I have a feeling this isn’t correct.

I had rotflares added to a -2000 difficulty item last year. It was 115k seashells to apply. Which was approximately 50m last year. It's not prohibitive
