Starting a thread for grit discussion. I noted my weapon/armor is already too far out of my ability to wps. Anyone buying grit yet and at what cost?

Looks like they tweeked the difficultly of items. A couple days ago things were beyond my ability are now in the 50% range. So that's a good thing.

Well something happened, my coraesine item became 40% easier since Grit release.

Went from
"be difficult, but possible." to "the odds are on your side."

There was one tweak: the penalty for krodera and kroderine was greatly reduced since GRIT isn't a magical process. It's still high, but I think it went down from 999 to 100.

Personally I think the way it works makes about zero sense. WPS is nothing like enchant and ensorcell because it has diminishing returns. The difficulty should be handled in the same way that cost is handled at the blacksmith, not the way difficulty is calculated for enchant and ensorcell.
