Thread: Couple Item Inquiries

  1. Default Couple Item Inquiries

Looking to sell some items and I was wondering what value they had:

    • a sephwir bow - +25, Heavily sighted +10, 2 pounds, 83 difficulty
    • a green modwir-hilted longsword/a serpent-grip green modwir cane (fully unlocked sword cane [https://gswiki.play.net/Sword_cane]) - +20, 5 pounds, 236 difficulty
You analyze your green modwir cane and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions.
The creator has also provided the following information:
The green modwir cane is a sword cane. Some restrictions may apply to the cane's noun when altering it. This item may weigh more than your typical cane, which is intended. The cane is fully unlocked.
You get no sense of whether or not the cane may be further lightened.[/I]
    • a set of dark walnut-hued leather armor (T4 Forest Armor [https://gswiki.play.net/Forest_armor]) - +25, ASG 12 (Brigandine), 13 pounds, 142 difficulty
You analyze your walnut-hued armor and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions.
The creator has also provided the following information:
Forest Armor may have either long and show descriptions. The details are as follows:
      TIER 4
You will receive a greater awareness of your environmental surroundings. In addition, you will experience heightened sensitivity to the shadows, light, and darkness. Your survival instincts will become slightly elevated. And finally, you will react more intuitively to irregularities in the terrain. Your armor will occasionally call upon Wind Gust, Leaf Swirl, Mud Sling, and Woodland Empathy. Current verbs are: CLEAN, EXHALE, GAZE, KNOCK, PRAISE, PULL, REMOVE, RUB, SENSE, SHAKE, TICKLE, TURN, and WEAR.
Armor can only be activated outside, and spending time indoors will cause your walnut-hued armor to return to its natural state. It will not function favorably in water.
This walnut-hued armor is Tier 4 of 4 Tiers. Tier 4 is a rarer tier. Forest Armor was first released at Briarmoon Cove 2016.
You can tell that the armor is as light as it can get.
    • a mixed scale and steel-riveted ivory leather coat-of-plates (T1 OTS Voln Armor [https://gswiki.play.net/Voln_armor]) - +20, ASG 12 (Brigandine), SWCP (somewhat crit-padding), 13 pounds, 154 difficulty
You analyze your steel-riveted coat-of-plates and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions.
The creator has also provided the following information:
This armor has been designed to provide mechanical benefit to members of the Order of Voln. Some FLUFF verb traps are available to non-members, but unique abilities are bestowed ONLY on members. Due to its nature, the steel-riveted coat-of-plates will repel anyone converted to Luukos who attempts to touch it, as well as preventing usage to anyone wearing or holding Shadow Death, Black Ora Jewelry, or Rapture Cloak items. Furthermore, it CANNOT be ensorcelled, which is by design.
The steel-riveted coat-of-plates is currently TIER 1 (Off-the-Shelf) and has the following options available:
      *** NON-VOLN, and VOLN MEMBERS ***
Fluff: BOW, TAP, STARE, and CLUTCH
      *** VOLN-MEMBERS ONLY ***
      * DS flares against undead foes. Base chance to flare of 15%, +5% for Voln Masters, +5% for Voln converts. Amount of DS applied equal to armor enchant, min. of +10, max. of +50.
You can tell that the coat-of-plates is as light as it can get.

      16. Dark orange - Invisibility

      18. Tan - Call familiar
    • a large treasure sack with a blood crystal clasp (Major Bag of Holding [https://gswiki.play.net/Bag_of_Holding]) - back worn, item attributes on wiki, specific analyze below:
You analyze your treasure sack and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions, but the creator has stated that "There do not seem to be any specific limitations."
The creator has also provided the following information:
This sack is a Bag of Holding (major) reward from the Bank Heist at Duskruin Arena. Items stored inside will count only as one item (the container). The current properties of this sack are as follows:
Unique Item Capacity: 18 items -- carrying 0 total items, 0 unique items
Per-Item Capacity: Up to 16 of the same item
Max Encum of Container: 50 pounds (currently carrying 0 pounds)
      Weight Reduction: 0%
Despite any messages below, this item cannot be lightened or deepened.
USAGE: DROP/PUT, POKE, PULL (to remove focused item), PUSH, RAISE, RUB, TOUCH, TURN (to set focus on an item to remove).
Important Note: GET will not work with this container.
You get no sense of whether or not the sack may be further lightened.

A couple i can throw my 2 cents in offhand
-Sephwir bow - if it is a longbow ~10m, composite bow ~4-5m, short bow maybe 1-2m (not sure on that one)
    -Forest brig - 20-25m
-Voln brig - 10-12m since it is padded (OTS 4x T1 voln goes for 5-7m)
-Bag of Holding - maybe 20-25m, especially near duskruin time. Seems like it has a couple upgrades, but not many
-Wizard Hand - no idea on this but seems pretty cool. How do you change the color to cast the different spells?

Thanks for the information. The Wizard Hand is changed by rubbing it, but it does it randomly and has a 10 sec RT count. So choosing which spell you will cast next is a crap shoot.
