Why buy this guy? Well for one, empaths are pretty unstoppable, what with all their debuffs/buffs/various ways to murder things. Also, you can sit in TSC and piss off all the other paths by insta-healing everyone in sight!
13m voln favor means you can pretty much symbol of sleep everything in your path for the foreseeable future. This makes for a GREAT tool in the DR arena, since you can spam symbol of sleep with no RT, and no further favor is lost once the mobs are disabled.
