I don't understand the choices made in Galahad 3093 at all. I am 100% the market demographic for this, play mechwarrior, watch Gundam, buy steam games almost exclusively... I was immediately turned off when I saw they were so fucking lazy as to just use every noun from Mechwarrior/BattleTech but to be a different thing. Lance (group of mechs) to mean a mech. The weapon names shown include griffin, catapult, wraith, hellfire, javalin, banshee (mech classes all). The "heros" are all just Arthurian names. I mean... at least try.

One of the riders for Dragons of Elanthia was a rip off of 40k ork named Kaptin Bluddflagg. Maybe the threat of a lawsuit is what shelved that game.



I'm thinking Arthurian stuff is all public domain so that's why they went with it.

Since there's apparent confusion over my post, I'm agreeing with Warclaidh's overall point and pointing out that Simu is more likely to listen to big spenders voting with their wallets vs. some randoms with Basic accounts and that's all, etc.

Go to the next Wyromania and then be like "Nah I'm good on this shit until you finish Ascension." and then log out and put your account on hold and rip into them in the "Why did you cancel?" box. Tell them you'll return when they have at least 1 full time dev GM or something who can run shit like a pro and not some hack like the current crew.

Whales are who they cater to. It's no coincidence that they just happened to create a "gem splitter" item last DR, for example, as if they weren't aware that you run gem bounties all the time or something, for example. Same with Lormaek and Rift boots, etc.

Simu will deny it all day, but some of these big money items aren't being created at random. It's way too obvious. Those items are being made to pull in money from specific players, knowing that there's a high likelihood that player X will pay big money for item Y, etc.

500 people could cancel their subscriptions and as long as they can count on whale money, it'll still be business as usual.

I don't care what anyone does with their money, but this is really only a problem that whales can make an impact on by making whale threats with whale money or something. And you're definitely considered a whale to Simu.

True, if like 2-3 whales ganged up on wyrom we'd have a new hunting area in 2 weeks
