Hey all. I've had this in my locker for a while and I was hoping to offload it. However, I really don't have a good idea on its value? Can I get some help on an appraisal?

A Glowing skull-headed sledgehammer

Atop a long spine haft reinforced by golvern disks between each vertebrae sits an eerily glowing skull. Razor-sharp fangs form a ghastly smile on the sledgehammer's head, giving you get the uneasy feeling this weapon has happily taken more than a few lives. A king cobra writhes about the haft, into the skull, and emerges through the phosphorescent eyes, its hood flared murderously. You notice a small enchanter's glyph and Kuirit's crafting mark. A strange necrotic haze radiates from the sledgehammer.
There appears to be something written on it.

It imparts a bonus of +35 more than usual.
It has been infused with the power of a fire elemental.
It appears to weigh about 4 pounds.
It is fairly weighted to inflict more critical wounds than a normal weapon of its type.

This skull-headed sledgehammer inflicts more fearsome wounds when employed against Grimswarm raiders.
It is a sophisticated project (767 difficulty) for an adventurer to modify.
