    Dont need mana control for the full 4 hours.

    Invoker is a newly entered NPC, Wehnimer's Small Park, I assume it's in test phase but go to him and ask about spells, and Wallaaa!

    Yup. Invoker NPC is an all-in-one Dreaven, casts all other-castable/stackable spells on you, free of charge (for now). As Gizmo said, it's in the Small Park in the Landing.

    I didn't realize I had a full four-hour spell-up until after I logged out and then back in.

    if you do ask the invoker for spells, be sure to do a SPELL ACTIVE to see all 4 hours of spells.
