Sounds like a good introduction to hunting OTF or Nelemar or any other near/capped hunting ground, where the smallest bit of a failed roll can equal death. Ugh.

The suckiest thing, you have a lot more disablers available by the time your capped. Not as many here. Have to juggle mana/stam a lot more carefully.

They are still easy AF though, but they can catch you sometimes.

The Vvrael destroyer wails with rage as he crumples to the ground! A viscous black liquid sprays out from his severed right leg thrashing on the ground, covering you with caustic acid!

Large swig of acid enters mouth. Swelling cuts off essential breathing!
You notice your blood flow go back to normal.
You lose your extra internal fortitude.
The deep blue glow leaves you.
The powerful look leaves you.
The light blue glow leaves you.
The very powerful look leaves you.
The white light leaves you.
The misty halo fades from you.
The thick plates of bone around your forearms begin to crack, then shatter into a fine white dust.
The scales covering your hands turn brittle and flake away.
The visions slowly trickle from your mind, and you are left with the world before you once again.
You feel your forehead pulse as your mind relaxes.
Like sand through an hourglass, your visions of the future slip away and fade from your mind.
You feel the tension in your skin ease and notice that your complexion returns to normal.
The layer of protection fades away.
Darkness punctuated by a constellation of starry pinpoints wells up to the surface of your skin and splinters away with a sound like shattering crystal.
You feel the extra courage wane.
A faint silvery glow fades from around you.
The dull golden nimbus fades from around you.

It seems you have died, my friend. Although you cannot do anything, you are keenly aware of what is going on around you...

You mentally give a sigh of relief as you remember that the Goddess Lorminstra owes you a favor.
