Win10 issues still?

Last I recall, there was a shit ton of issues getting Lich to even work on Win10 machines.

Is this still a roadblock? Is it still performing horribly and crashing/lag-like on the oS?

Last time I tried to play on my Desktop, with Win10, I had all sorts of issues and hella lag shit going on.
