I am happy I was able to teach you something today.
Based on the definition you posted, you can agree that January 6th was also an insurrection.

Police cars were firebombed, neighborhoods burnt down and people murdered in the street (I mean besides the woman the police shot) happened on January 6th? What year was that?

People are murdered on the street everyday due to Republican insistence that everyone should have the right to bear arms and murder school children freely. Republicans also created the Insurrection on January 6th to overthrow the government, and voraciously are attempting to pretend that is also an acceptable occurrence.

Pretty obvious your party is the problem.

You ever come to think that it's not a party problem at all, but a people problem?

Too many stupid people in the world - doesn't matter what side someone is on. Simply pointing a finger and saying "it's Republicans" or "it's Democrats" that are the problem.....no, that's not true. The problem is people and it's always been people. There is no way to avoid any of this. It doesn't matter what sort of government you have.

If you take away guns, stupid people are still going to find ways to kill people with other means.
If you leave guns, stupid people are still going to kill people with guns.
The only common denominator there is people, not the weapon that is used.

Nothing will change if everyone is constantly trying to point fingers to shift the blame.

Uh no, when you give a kid a gun and he kills his classmates, you're as much to blame as the kid you armed. Just as the parents of Ethan Crumbley have found out.

As pointed out in the January 6th Committee evident, Trump conspiring without the Proud Boys to surround the Capital building before his speech began in order to stop the certification and to keep himself in power, the fact the Proud Boys did just what he asked doesn't make Trump any less responsible.

It's funny that Republicans think that everybody should have guns and when they kill somebody they argue that shouldn't restrict the freedoms of others. And yet they're so eager to restrict the right to end a pregnancy for abortion for everyone because their Flying Spaghetti Monster supposedly doesn't like that.

Republicans don't think everyone should have guns. Also, Republicans consider the fetus to be a living person. Abortion is restricting the freedom, ie freedom to exist, of the child.

And you just proved my point:

The problem is people, not the party they are affiliated with. Thank you.

You're like one degree of insanity away from arguing that condoms should be illegal because it infringes on the rights of sperm, because they too, could one day result in children.
