No matter how much you hate something in the states, no country is better. The benefits far outweigh any negatives in the states.

Here's an analogy:

Your entire argument is muddied by you throwing out the term "socialist" when 1) you don't know what it means, 2) nothing that either party has ever passed or even really argued for constitutes it.

The proposal that usually gets the right-wing frothing at the mouth is the suggestion that we move to a system of universal healthcare coverage, something that

• every industrialized nation on the planet except the United States has, none of those countries are socialist, and the US is richer than every one of those other countries.

You'll notice people like that, their repetitive comments are all they were taught and think it works on everyone. They try to insult, name call, degrade others over and over until people give in.
