There's a slight drift in most states in the decrease of the ratio (i.e. dem to rep) that occurs, which is likely due to the rural area mail in ballots coming in. Please explain why Florida and Minnesota's trends go down if what you say above is true.

    3) appoint hordes of unqualified federal judges (openings which were only open because of GOP refusal to govern during Obama's tenure)

Since the DNC retook the House at the beginning of 2019, they've passed tons of bills, which the GOP-controlled Senate has failed to act on virtually all of. McConnell is proud of that fact, as he was proud of the same role when they took the Senate during Obama's era, preferring to keep judicial vacancies for literal years rather than compromise on middle-of-the-road judges.
Mitch McConnell can go fuck himself.

Biden is not elected yet. Since when does the MSM get to declare this? States haven't even certified yet.

I'll admit, it doesn't look good for Trump. What's interesting though is McConnell has backed Trump in the recounts. Legal challenge here is to count legal ballots. The data is suggestive of a lot of ballot dumping in several states like PA, MI, GA and WI. A recount could potentially shake things up.

See my post above. You actually see the ratio between democrat and republican swing more republican as time goes by, not the other way around except in these battleground states.

Largest number of ballots changed in a recount is in the low hundreds, not the tens of thousands.

Where are all those Biden votes coming from?
    .

No code has to be inserted here.

A senior lecturer in psychology at Clemson University is selling herself as the reasonable alternative for voters who reject Donald Trump and Joe Biden, and as a way to send a message of dissatisfaction to the major political parties.

Jo Jorgensen, 63, of Greenville, South Carolina, won’t win the Nov. 3 presidential contest in Pennsylvania or nationwide, experts say. But like a long line of third-party challengers before her, she is hoping her candidacy will make a difference.

Trump carried Pennsylvania by only 44,000 votes in 2016 out of more than 6 million cast. If it is a close race again, Jorgensen’s share of the vote could help Democrats win the state’s 20 electoral votes.

That’s because Jorgensen will more likely draw votes from Trump, says Joseph DiSarro, chairman of the political science department at Washington & Jefferson College, a liberal arts school in Pennsylvania’s Washington County.

“It’s a common thought that we draw more from the Rs,” Jorgensen told a reporter, but she adds that Libertarian candidates historically have pulled votes from both parties.

DiSarro, a conservative Republican and Trump supporter, reasons that Libertarians’ desire for less government would be appealing to many Trump supporters. “In a close race, who knows?” he said.
Aha! Good work, Holmes. Mystery solved.

The additional Biden votes came from the same place the additional Trump votes, turnout was higher in basically every state. Or do you think the new voters can only vote Trump?

This year is anything but normal. The data points to the possibility of fraud. It deserves to be hashed out in court.

Margins are so thin in these states that if a court would rule illegal ballots from counting it would completely change the ballgame.
