Promising to destroy the careers of millions of people and tax everyone to death is a sure fire winning strategy. Oddly enough it IS a sure fire winning strategy if you're running for governor of California or NY, not so much for president.
Right? Hillary lost in part due to her saying she was going to shut down the coal industry. The Oil industry is far larger. Lets see how this works out for him.

Exxon mobile was surpassed in value this year for clean energy by Nextera before Exxon retook them. Energy is changing or has a secondary path to viability.
Oil companies begged for handouts for wells, inspection skips, even more deregulation and royalty delays. On top of all that they had barebones rules as it is supposedly relative to their boom years.

So Joe Biden wants to undo the damage he did with his crime bill and when Trump asks him why he didn't get it done while he was VP for 8 years his answer was literally "Because we had a Republican congress."
Uh....first of all Democrats had a super majority in the Senate in the first 2 years of Obama's first term and Democrats controlled the House. So no. Second of all even if Republicans did control all of congress for Obama's 8 years is that really your answer? You're not gonna get shit done as president unless you have a Democrat congress?

The Hitler reference was also incredibly jarring. Having an IQ over 80 was required to understand he was making a comparison, but this being an election year he's going to be hit left and right for even saying that name
On second thought, maybe this mic muting thing worked out brilliantly for Trump.
When Trump got Joe to admit he would destroy the oil industry Trump kept talking over him and it sure sounded like they muted his mic, which gave Joe free reign to keep talking about how he just couldn't wait to completely destroy our economy and ruin the lives of tens of millions of workers.
Thanks, butt hurt Democrats! You sure made sure Biden could sink his campaign all on his own.
