Kansas does as a state. I've been wearing a mask since it basically went into lockdown. My company requires masks in the building, 4 max to an elevator or conference room. No one on my team is expecting to go back until after September though, now.

I started wearing a neck gaiter as a mask a couple weeks ago. It is thicker than what most people are wearing.

Every business that has employees interacting with the public have been required to have them masked for the last 2 months or so.

So, a business that refuses to enforce the mask law will have their ability to remain open during phase 2 revoked, their water cut off, and their alcoholic beverage licenses revoked. No cash fines though.

Cutting off the water is a fine, given you probably have to pay a disconnect and / or reconnect fee. And usually the alcohol license is very expensive.. plus you will have to probably grease some official to even get it back again.

They originally only had fines, $250 first offense, $500 for every following. Now they have no direct fines.

Cutting the water and taking a liquor license is vastly worse for a business then a 250 dollar fine for sure, it essentially ends any food service business ability to do business.
Khaladon starts to turn the crystal knob, but stops with a frightened look on his face. He begins shaking uncontrollably and flies across the room, as though by some invisible force.

**SPLAT!!** Khaladon careens off the far wall, slides down the smooth wood panelling and collapses into a quivering heap on the floor, with only his dignity bruised.

Thanks for pointing that out. I'm not sure any of us would have known this without your input. Good job.

We started with masks optional, now we're mandatory since cases started exploding. My job's been mandatory since close to the beginning though. There have been a bunch of jobsites shut down when a worker tests positive so we've all been getting shuffled around a lot.
