That's a crazy court ruling. In this country, we don't stop people from speaking or writing. If somebody says something they had no legal right to say, then you sue them for money after they say it. You don't have a court block them from saying it in advance.
The only time a court should block speech in advance is when it endangers national security and the person doing the speaking had an obligation to keep the information secret. That may have been the case with John Bolton's book, which Trump also tried to get the courts to block. Trump was unsuccessful in the Bolton case because the information in the book was already known the public.
