Fairs are where you get these monstrosities, if you're wondering. At least around here. At the state fair they'll fry anything for you but the one that has me most curious is the stick of butter. They roll the stick of butter in powdered sugar first, then bread it, and deep fry it. When they give it to you, the stick of butter is kinda just gone into the batter, so it's a hollow thing of fried battery butter & powdered sugar. I think it comes with a coffin.
