I wonder how they are gonna get rid of the word "dark elf" since dark implies racist according to staff
Hope they go back to high elf buts that's a copyright issue.

We'll go with "Sunless Elf" - if you just want to keep on the term of dark that just means, dark; lacking light.
If you want to have more of an evil meaning, then perhaps "Nefarious Elf".
Or perhaps all use of dark/black/brown or any mix thereof will just be replaced with "redacted"
>look at Bobless
You see Bobless.
He appears to be a Redacted Elf.
He is tall. He appears to be decrepit with age. He has gold-flecked crystal green eyes and redacted redacted skin. He has chin length, silky platinum hair with a redacted streak running through it. He has sharply-curved pointed ears.
I always liked the high elf name better when I played one (back in the 90s). However, it would be a loss to the game for the interesting stuff the players have made for DEs, not to mention all the countless personal back stories. If I was more into WOT than MBOTF, I'd have probably already made a palestra hopeful.

Wyrom: Crux already died for our sins.SEND[Kenstrom] Behold Dark Cruxophim, Blood Reaver and Weaver of Shadows, eater of Rooks, corruptor of orphans, flayer of flesh...but won't read a letter from some dying woman's diary, haha.--Order of the Shadow--Thadston says, "Stand down Baron, and your men. Or I swear to Koar, Liabo, Lornon, Cruxophim, I will release your daughter and watch her die right here."
Stormyrain evenly asks, "Did you just make Cruxophim a god?"
