Pretty simple way to stop that kind of trolling for ticket requests, ask for a 5 cent donation plus fees for each ticket reserved. You want to reserve a bajillion tickets, ok, then you pay the CC company transaction fee and 5 cents each. Then you can add insult to injury and offer refund with receipt at the site.
