Default PC games that do not require internet connectivity

What are some good games for a 2019 Omen laptop that do not require internet connectivity. Looking for something to play that won't have to be connected to our satellite internet

You probably already know about the Elder Scrolls and Fallout (minus Fallout 76) series.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance is pretty alright if you like semi-realistic/historical RPGs. It's a little janky but fun.

Darkest Dungeon and Sunless Sea are good roguelikes.

None of the Total Wars require you to maintain an internet connection, just to validate them through steam when you install them... Then just stick steam in offline mode.

    Mount and Blade II: Bannerlord

It's still in early access in Steam, but it's pretty well fleshed out and a lot of fun. There's a single player campaign and online modes.
