What is the correct order of operations to get to 10x?

    Enchant, ensorcell, weight, then flares?

Well since you can add weighting only every 2 months and only a bit at a time, flares roughly 3 times a year (2 Drs and 1 eg), and enscorcel/enchant as often as you can find them available, I might have an alternative proposal. Add weighting every 2 month window, enchant as often as you can, ensorcel after that, then add flares to top it off.

They're asking about what services make other services difficult or impossible to get. IMO this is a relic of the past and should be tossed but there it is all the same
The only rude person I met was a taxi driver in kagoshima. I was going from the train station to the ferry to take it over to an island and was showing him my papers and he was like "oh, climb mountain?" and I'm like "hai, yep!" and he made a muscle pose(bent arm, whatever you call it) laughed, and rubbed my belly.. like "oh, no, you fat american fuck, you no get up there", but whatever - Japhrimel

Enchant first, then ensorcell, then flares, then weighting.

It really does not matter anymore. That being said, I also use Ryjex’s recommendation: Enchant first, then ensorcell, then flares, then weighting
