Halfling Ranger Stats

I don't have much experience with rangers and I'm getting close to 20 trainings. He's a ranged user doubling in perception and hiding/stalking.

Is INF a stat that I should be concerned about? I read that it helps with Call Swarm, but am I missing anything else that might be important? I want to set it as my lowest stat.
