It can be confusing as the wording and depth of "epic" has jumped around a bit, but by todays standards "epic" deep in back or cloak slot should have a capacity of 200lbs. The less standardized aspect is the weight, which generally range from 2-6lbs, but some are as light as 0.5 while others are locked in at a spine crushing 9lbs.

If I were to make up answers I don't have, I would guess from Nordred it's going to be 2lb with 200 capacity.
