Lich Falied to install Gtk2 file upon restart

Can anyone help me with this problem. Am on windows 7. The following message appears


Windows cannot find C:\Ruby4Lich\bin\gem.bat Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again .

Did you follow the instructions at lichproject.org?

If so, uninstall it and go to http://bit.ly/WinLich and use that.

Yes, I did follow on lichproject. I uninstalled and used that link and am encountering the same error messages. I am not to savvy on this end, lol. Hopefully someone can help troubleshoot for me. Seems majority of the player base communicates on the Lich. Capture.PNG

Make sure you downloaded the correct version of Ruby.
