Does anyone know if the Wizard fixskills on Dec 1st was cancelled or are there more changes in the pipeline before it's handed out?

The fixskill is now available!

Yeah! Now we can fixskill our wizards so we can be better at absorbing......
....better at filling our essence....
....so we can take longer to pulse our essence on a node compared to the last iteration of essence building. Yeah......!
