It's mediocre if you're questing on your own. If wizards had a 16-20 mana cost (attunable) bolt which hits as hard as 317/312/719 it would alleviate my issues with bolting. Also I think rapid fire creates too much spam, I'd prefer if it double/tripled the mana cost of the bolt for double/tripled damage instead of lowering the cool down by 2/3s.

We've been asking for something like this as an EVOKE version of 515 for years. Estild keeps shitting all over it. Because that's what he does when it comes to meaningful dev when cash isn't involved.

Instead of that garbage "disabler" EVOKE version of 519, if Simu had any sense or motivation to do any meaningful non-P2W dev, they'd convert Immolate EVOKE into a multi-hitting bolt similar to what you just described.

Pretty sure he came out with this so he can get a better accounting of how many seashells are out there. Better to just >check tickets all, then manually go through >search seashells and have like nine bajillion eroneus crap come up on your screen.
