What would this run me nowadays?

100, 150, yeah. That seems realistic as a probably median to top end. 75 if somebody's looking to sell fast. Go small race though! Giantmen are for suckers, especially with warriors! Smaller race equals better maneuver defense, and in lightened full plate with full on armor support, your weak spot, the carrying capacity, is completely offset. You're never gonna offset a Giantman's maneuver shittiness in the same way, plus you'll have to spend a ton on AGIDEX enhancives to achieve the same RTs.
