It is not. Fluff scripts only, no mechanical transfers or enhancive.

You can transfer a fluff non-mechanical script onto an enhancive item though (if worn on same location or same type item).

Sure, they could do enhancive Spire type swapping again or enhancive adding (that was limited to arm greaves) but I think Lupine meant Bazzelwyn's script transfer service that he does at EG.

There is no chance they'd allow enhancive adding to a DB cloak though so a trade is his best bet. Adding enhancives would likely something very pricey & limited. But we'll see enhancive services again, they were moved out of with Sylinar recently from his Spire at Summit Academy area and I forget where it was said they'd appear, maybe EG.

I don't care for the locket though I do have an old portrait from somewhere.
