Remember folks - you can save some silvers here picking up some already enchanted weapons with how the new enchanting works and prices most are charging at 3/mil per week (187.5 silver per essence)
1x - 4x = 3,375,000
4x - 5x = 2,062,500 silver
5x - 6x = 9,000,000
6x - 7x = 20,250,000
Total = 34,687,500 silver (185,000 essence, means 11.5 weeks for a single wizard to enchant from 1x to 7x)
