Resistance Certs #s to Sung Descriptors

I added DR 2 resistance certs to my armor (both as impact). Each cert was +10, for a total of +20. I added 1 at first and it showed "moderately resistant to impact attacks" after the GM applied it. Then when I added the second, it still sung as "moderately resistance to impact attacks" after the GM applied it.

Per the Wiki, 20% should be "very resistant". Does the +10 certs in DR equate to 10%? If so, is the wiki incorrect or is something wrong with my armor?

Wiki is wrong abit on that scale.

For example, +40 sings as incredibly.
