    My install log is:

    Windows 7?

Open up File Explorer, go to This PC, C Drive and see if there's a Ruby directory there.

  3. Default

    Yes. It installedC:/Ruby24-x64 folder yesterday

    Ok, click on this link

This will download the latest Lich available. Unzip it, and then copy the folder to your User\Pennie directory.

At this point, then you can test the shortcut. That might not work. If it doesn't, let me know and we'll take the next step.

Done. And the link opens!!!! Now which do I choose? Link to website or link to SGE?

I chose the web option and it works.
Much thanks. Can you explain what I did wrong before? Just an outdated version of lich?

    Default

It wasn't anything you did. There's something wrong with the installer on some Windows 7 installs where it doesn't unzip the included Lich zip. Couple of quick lines, and you fixed what the installer failed to do.
