stat placement for a halfling warrior

I am closing in on level 20 and have to set my stats. It is hard to believe the stat maximizer is correct that this is the best:

I use a two handed pure coreasine sword and will wear plate (eventually). I wish to place stats for CAP unless that is not viable as a Halfling fighter. I will generally be hunting with other people, but want to be able to solo if needed. help and suggestions please?

It's probably the best distribution for total stat points at cap (988/1000). Because of stat allocation restrictions (no more than 4 starting stats over 70), a halfling warrior can only have a maximum of 8 perfect stats at cap. For example:

Total points at cap: (980/1000)
PTPs: 5361
MTPs: 4633

Even if the maximum of 4 starting stats over 70 restriction didn't exist, a halfling warrior would need an initial starting bonus of 687 points rather than 660 to max all stats. So, you have a decision to make. Which perfect stats do you want?

This table lists the minimum starting stat for all perfect stats at cap. Since you can only have a max of 8 perfect stats, you'll need to reduce at least two of the asterisked stats to 70 or less and lower the total starting bonus by 27 points (687 - 660).
