No, it's a great question. I have been looking at looking into it recently as well as stamina costs for quickstrike and mstrike between weapon bases.
For what its worth, I do an mstrike for 9RT, swing twice at 5RT, and am ready to mstrike again by the time I clear. I don't THINK the amount of swings affects recovery time, just Rt
A claid takes much longer to recover, even with less swings.

A quick follow up question. Does CMAN precision work with mstrikes? I know it doesn’t with aimed shots and ranged.
