They said on discord fusion is bugged and the penalty is way too high currently. So might want to hold off until they finish whatever fixes are supposedly being worked on now.

I have a feeling that means it's also been bugged since the last update to change the difficulty, in general. But they ignored the 10 people asking them if that was the case which means it was and they're being fucksticks.
