Would minor black ora sanctify if a paladin bonded to it, and (not with the above item since it's got extra flares) if so would it get perm consecrate flares?

Paladins can bond to true black ora but no sanctify. Yes to plasma flares for ones that don’t have flares.

I’d guess anywhere from 10 to 20 million. Could go higher with a motivated buyer. People really like the black ora scripts and bastard sword is a good base. The air flares might be a negative to some because they might have wanted paladin flares (or other flares). But air flares are sweet, so probably a plus to most buyers. You didn’t mention it but they also come with a sweet loresong.

10-20 is way too low. Double that at least. The air flares were an extra add-on?

I would say range around 30-35, there aren’t many weapons that can do flares like that. Usually in those cases I’ve seen, considering one I own, there might be more to it underneath.
