Found on the table - I would have thought someone would have paid more than 35k for it? (There this morning if someone wants to drop 4m - lol)

The sales clerk smiles and says, "Here, let me help you with that. Here we have some old spiked imflass studded leather. The selling price is 4030110 silvers."

The sales clerk says, "You can BUY the imflass studded leather if you like."
    >inspect other leather
You carefully inspect some old spiked imflass studded leather for sale.
It imparts a bonus of +17 more than usual.
It has been infused with the power of a fire elemental.
    It has been temporarily enhanced.
Its enhancement will degrade when the wearer is struck in combat.
It should have quite a few uses left before the enhancement degrades away completely.
When its enhancement has degraded away, the item will lose its ability to grant greater protection.
It is moderately resistant to fiery attacks.
It appears to weigh about 14 pounds.
It looks like this item has been mainly crafted out of imflass.
It is very heavily padded against critical blows.
The leather is rigid leather armor that covers the torso, arms, and legs. It is spiked.
The leather can be worn around the chest. The leather appears to serve some purpose.

That is one to snap up.
I don't use Lich. If you want to do business with me, contact me via PM, IG, or on AIM. Or maybe use smoke signals. Don't like it, get off of my lawn.

Is there an easy way to tell from the inspect messaging that the “temporary” enhancement refers to the resistance, rather than the padding? This is always confusing to me.

You won't find VHCP armor so that is likely temporary.

A warrior can assess it to make sure (which means resistance is)
