Besides, it would be just as fucked up in your hypothetical as it is telling anyone to go back to their own country. Are you trying to tell me Japanese is not a race? Because there are key differences in Asians that qualify their ancestry, which is directly identifiable by the regions they were born in as well as genetic makeup that is predominate in their areas of origin. Also, yes, it was incredibly fucking racist to put them in concentration camps. However, Flimboi, the Japanese were citizens of the US. Not illegal immigrants, though I'm pretty sure some of them may have been illegal.

Reading the statements made on Twitter, yes. It was really bad optics, to be sure. Racist? I'm not convinced of that. He didn't tell them to 'go back where they came from', he eluded to their failed political climates in their home countries and if those countries were so fucking great, why aren't they trying to make a difference in them instead of changing American infrastructure to resemble their home countries more.
