Between 20 and 30.
Aim for the head until eyes become more reliable.
Minimum
2x ranged, perception, hide, ambush, dodge, fitness
1x armor, cman
Good cmans for snipers include surge (unless you have enhancives), shadow mastery, and vanish. I would choose asp for a stance but I didn't have stances way back when.
Mastering gambits is good for the guild too
